The bureau for the EXPO2000 of the protestant Landeskirche Hannover sent out a bilingual flyer (German, English) presenting the project and inviting to donate earth on occasion of the EXPO2000. Thus the One-Earth-Altar becomes a lasting witness of the EXPO2000.

Through the same institutions Bishop and current patrion Dr. Margot Käßmann approached the the world's national UNESCO representatives.

The churchly missions have been included by the Landeskirche and the world forest associations have been included by the Weltforum Wald.
